DueFlow (“the app”) is an offline-first outstanding payments tracking application. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data DueFlow collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

DueFlow does not require user accounts and does not collect personal data on external servers.

The app may store the following information locally on your device only:

  • Client names (entered by you)
  • Phone numbers (optional)
  • Payment and due amounts
  • Transaction dates and notes

This data is used solely to provide the app’s core functionality.

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used only to:

  • Track outstanding payments
  • Calculate totals and pending amounts
  • Generate reminders, summaries, and exports (if enabled)

We do not use your data for analytics, advertising, or profiling.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device. DueFlow does not sync or upload your data to any server.

If you uninstall the app, all stored data will be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting your data before uninstalling.

4. Permissions

DueFlow may request optional permissions for the following purposes:

  • Phone / Call permission: To allow calling a client directly from the app
  • Storage access: To export data as PDF or CSV files
  • SMS / Messaging apps: To send payment reminders (user-initiated only)

These permissions are used strictly for user-requested actions.

5. Third-Party Services

DueFlow does not share data with third parties.

If you choose to send reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or other messaging apps, those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. In-App Purchases

DueFlow may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. Purchase processing is handled securely by Google Play. No payment information is stored by DueFlow.
